Flange dismantling joint
The dismantling joints with three flange find application in the field of waterworks to facilitate the installation and maintenance of hydraulic equipment (especially large size) in the yard.
Dimensions and Pressure
from ND 50 to ND 2000
Nominal Pressure : PN 10, PN 16, PN 25, PN 40 and PN 64.
For nominal pressures over 64 bar and temperatures over 20°C , the joints are dimensioned and manufactured to specific project data.

The travel are normally included within the +/-
Materials of construction for standard executions:
Flanges and central body in carbon steel S235JR (on request stainless steel AISI 304/316)
Seals: EPDM
Studs and nuts: galvanized carbon steel (on request stainless steel AISI 304/316)
The dismantling joints with 3 flanges can be provided in Version ATV for isolation from vibrations caused by machines (pumps, turbines) and the resulting noise.
